MEET NATALIE SADIE
Holding a dual registration as a psychologist and registered counsellor with the HPCSA, Natalie has gained experience of working in various educational settings and healthcare facilities since 2017. She is passionate about mindfully supporting youth, adults and families in their authentic journeys of growth and reflection. 

Sadie is a specialist in post-traumatic growth; designing of developmentally appropriate intervention and chronic pain management/education.

Her services include: psychotherapy (individuals, families, couples and groups), psychoeducational assessments (concessions, scholastic and career), psychoeducation (learning support and life skills) and workshops. She holds a special interest in neurodiversity, resilience training and trauma debriefing.  She works in association with a multidisciplinary team in Stellenbosch and Somerset West, as well as with mental health clinics.

In addition to consultations, Natalie is committed to empowering students, parents, educators and leaders through workshops and skills training sessions. As a mental health advocate, she emphasises the importance of collaboration and engagement in community initiatives that promote mental health awareness. She is also an author, relationship philosopher and supervisor.

Outside of her office, Sadie enjoys staying updated with the latest research and conferences in the fields of developmental- and health psychology as well as spending quality time with her loved ones and practicing dancing.
