Holding a dual registration as a psychologist and registered counsellor with the HPCSA, Natalie has gained experience of working in various educational settings and healthcare facilities since 2017 and is passionate about mindfully supporting youth, adults and families in their authentic journeys of growth and reflection.
Her services include: psychoeducational assessments (concessions, scholastic and career), psychotherapy (individuals, families and groups), psychoeducation (learning support and life skills) and workshops. She holds a special interest in neurodiversity, resilience training and trauma debriefing. She works in association with a multidisciplinary team in Stellenbosch and Somerset West, as well as with mental health clinics.
In addition to her one-on-one consultations with individuals, Natalie is committed to empowering students, parents, educators and leaders through workshops and skills training sessions. As a mental health advocate, she emphasises the importance of collaboration and engagement in community initiatives that promote mental health awareness. She is also an author, relationship philosopher and supervisor.
Outside of her office, Natalie enjoys staying updated with the latest research and conferences in the fields of developmental- and health psychology as well as spending quality time with her loved ones, or practicing dancing and music.
