Holding a dual registration as a psychologist and registered counsellor with the HPCSA, Natalie has gained experience of working in various educational settings and healthcare facilities since 2017. She is passionate about mindfully supporting youth, adults and families in their authentic journeys of growth and reflection.
Sadie is a specialist in the support of post-traumatic growth; designing of developmentally appropriate intervention and chronic pain management/education.
Her services include: psychotherapy (individuals, families, couples and groups), psychoeducational assessments (concessions, scholastic, career, mood), psychoeducation (learning support and life skills) and workshops. She holds a special interest in neurodiversity, resilience training, trauma debriefing, leadership and mentorship. She works in association with a multidisciplinary team in Stellenbosch and Somerset West, as well as with mental health clinics.
In addition to consultations, Natalie is committed to empowering students, parents, educators, leaders and mentors through workshops and skills training sessions. As an advocate for mental health, she emphasises the importance of collaboration and engagement in community initiatives that promote mental health awareness.
Sadie enjoys staying updated with the latest CPDs, research and conferences in the fields of developmental- and health psychology.
Outside of the office, she practices dancing; and she values time in nature, or with animals and family.
